Based in Chicago I have been designing patterns for over 25 years. My professional design life started with the creation of anti counterfeit patterns for currency, what a fantastic job that was! My love of designing patterns continues to this day.

My design work is generally inspired by nature and I am as happy with a sable hair watercolor brush or a trusty ipencil, as my tools of choice.
