Customer loyalty programs can be utilized to reach a wider audience. Reward your VIP’s with promotions, gifts and credit dollars for their next shop when they sign up a “friend” for free.

Be active/post on social media accounts. Take 15 minutes at night to like and comment on different posts or hashtags that relate to your business. You become more noticeable. People recognize your brand and what you're about and go looking around your website for answers.

Form a private facebook group. It’s a bit more intimate and where we share most of our videos. We are hoping in the next couple of months we can share IGTV stories as we think it helps with relationships and people connecting with brands and ultimately products.

Social Media: We concentrate on IG and explore with using IG stories and posts. The key is to always include a CTA (call to action). This could be something as simple as running an IG story announcing a special offer you are running.

Email marketing: If you have a list, no matter the size, use it. Send out incentives that will get your subscriber to click through to your site. Don’t forget your CTA.

*Giveaways, Sales, Special Offers, Collaborations, Blog Posts: These are types of content you can use to drive traffic to your site. The idea is to use the top two tactics as the engine to drive traffic to your site by giving them a reason (the content) to click.

SEO: Make sure your website has proper SEO using keywords that best represents your store to maximize search and ranking. BACKLINKS: Ask to have your store URL added to websites that are featuring your company. Any direct links to your store will help drive traffic and ranking. ADS: Promote through paid social ads that are targeted to your online store. COLLABORATIONS: Collaborate with influencers in promoting your store. SPECIAL OFFERS: Sales and promotions can be used as a call to action. .

Most of us know how important backlinks are to drive traffic. An easy way to get backlinks is to do what’s called a blog swap. So basically, you offer to write a blog for someone else’s website. They offer to write a blog for your website. You each post the blog. You each post a backlink to the other person’s website and now you have a backlink and it’s literally a win-win situation for both of you.

Hashtags are a vital tool. Use any and all terms associated with you and your business to cast a wider net and broaden your reach.
