Herve Leger 30th Anniversary at New York Fashion Week 2016

New York Fashion Week 2016 marked the 30th anniversary of clothier Herve Leger. Instead of celebrating their shining moment by turning out their tried and true signature dresses, Herve Leger opted to make the Spring/Summer 2016 an evening of firsts.

In a bold move that shocked industry insiders, the costumiers debuted a looser fitting style of clothing instead of their trademark bandage dress. The new look outfitted models in dresses that allowed for comfort without losing the sex appeal.

Adding to a night of firsts, pants made a stunning debut on the Herve Leger runway for Spring/Summer 2016! This world famous design house also introduced bold pattern play, including a stylish take on Aztec print, while coupling their new comfort-can-be-sexy vibe with slightly messy updos in the form of a single loose braid wrapped around the crown of the head.

What a remarkable NYFW 2016 showing by one of fashion’s unstoppable leaders!
